Doodle from Ralph Bakshi

I'm not very big on collecting original artwork / autographs, but somehow during the years some pieces have tumbled themselves on my hands; such as autographed book from Ray Bradbury and Alan Lee, autographs from actresses of Faster Pussycat, Kill Kill! and some other stuff.

Today I got my original doodle from Ralph Bakshi, because I backed his animation project 'Last days of Coney Island' in Kickstarter. As a reward I got original doodle from him (on the right, the pic on the left is sticker)

So yeah, kinda neat :-)

If there is a geek treasure I would REALLY want it would be a copy an uncut VHS workprint of Black Cauldron..

Frosty

This is an illustration for the song "Frosty" by Legendary Pink Dots.
When I first heard it, I "saw" this comic in my head immediately and wanted to do it for great many years.
I did it year ago and forgot about it again. Maybe it's time to post it.

Listen to the song while you read!

Too much death

Two weeks ago I heard that my old friend had passed away, then yesterday I heard that my favourite novelist has a cancer and few months to live, today I read that my favourite film critic has kicked the bucket.

I know there's not much we can do about death, but right now I am starting to feel rather bummed out.
